Обслужването е страхотно, винаги усмихнати, вежливи и готови да съдействат. В СПА зоната е супер,  басейна е чудесен за плуване, джакузито е много хубаво. А градината, уникално място да се отпуснеш и да си изпиеш кафето сутрин или вечер, чаша вино с компанията, близо до реката. Има шезлонги за любителите на слънчеви бани. Помислили са дори за семействата с деца- люлки, батут, играчки. Ресторанта също е много хубав, а готвачите са много добри. С най- голямо удоволствие ще посетим хотела отново при следващото ни идване в Банско.
